Andy Lown		 Andy Lown is a highly experienced, innovative and forward-thinking business executive with an international board level background in the retail, entertainment and professional services industries. Andy is a commercial negotiation specialist across the private sector, business start-ups and government.

A former top executive at Tower Records in the UK, Andy moved to our sunnier shores in 2008 and soon became a key member of the leadership team at the Sydney Opera House. Here he conceived and executed a series of key commercial development strategies, generating new and incremental revenue streams driving continual growth.

Prior to his position at Sydney Opera House, Andy consulted to a number of start-ups in the technology and entertainment sectors, playing pivotal roles securing funding and identifying strategies for expansion.

Simon Spellicy		 Simon Spellicy has more than 24 years experience consulting to major clients in the hospitality, travel and tourism industries. A business turnaround and change management specialist, he has spent most of his career reforming and revitalising under-performing businesses.

Simon has held a variety of senior executive roles with regional responsibility for operations in Asia, Europe, Middle East, Pacific and Latin America.

He is a strong communicator with convincing advocacy skills and his empowering leadership style complements a proven record of developing high achievers in individual and team environments – skills strongly suited to turn businesses around and to create fresh strategies to resolve entrenched problems.

David Antaw		 David Antaw’s breadth of experience bridges multiple sectors covering national and international business, from management in metal distribution, building products, oil refining, electricity retailing and distribution, cement manufacture, concrete, quarrying, all the way to tourism, food and beverage – and the performing arts.

He is a highly experienced Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and consultant, with a 30-year career in business with proven commercial successes. David is a CPA and Fellow of CPA Australia, has a Bachelor of Business degree from UTS and a Master of Commerce from UNSW.

David has a clear focus on creating value adding strategies and developing sustainable increases in operating cash flow.
